Privacy
We're a restaurant, not a data company. This explains in plain words what we keep when you visit the site, what it's for, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect
When you book a table or place an order we keep what you type: name, phone, email if you give one, and any notes. Nothing else. We don't buy or sell anyone's data.
Analytics and recordings
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read, and Microsoft Clarity, which records movement through the page so we can see where people get stuck. The recordings mask EVERYTHING you type: your phone, email and address come out hidden. If your browser sends a do-not-track signal (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track), we load neither of them.
Orders and payments
Your card number never touches this website or our servers: Square handles it directly. From a paid order we keep only the last four digits and the authorization code, which is what a refund needs.
Who we share it with
Nobody, beyond what's needed to serve you: Square to charge, Resend to email your confirmation, and Uber Eats or DoorDash if the order came through them. None of them get data for advertising.
Deleting your data
Call or write and we'll delete your reservation, your email and your order history. No explanation required and no form to fill out.
Questions
The restaurant's phone is fastest. We answer ourselves, not a call center.
